Pre-Wedding Day

  • Event Manager - dedicated on-site event manager for planning assistance, day-of coordination, and vendor communication, coordination, etc.
  • Planning Software - Use of planning software to build an event website, manage RSVP's, collect registrations, manage meal choices, create a seating plan and more!
  • Ceremony Rehearsal - 1 hour access for your ceremony rehearsal the week of your wedding.
  • Engagement Photoshoot - Book the property any time of year for your engagement photos.

Wedding Day

  • Early Access - You are welcome to arrive at the venue as early as 9 am on the day of your wedding.
  • Exclusive use of venue - it’s all yours from 9 am - 1 am the next day.
  • Bridal Suite - You and your crew can get ready right on-site in our air conditioned bridal room. Your make-up artist and photographer will love the natural light!
  • Outdoor Ceremony locations galore - You can choose to say your I Do's anywhere on the property at no extra fee! White folding chairs and set-up included.
  • Parking - Free on-site parking with a shuttle to bring your guests both to and from the venue.
  • Horse-drawn carriage - Experience a serene carriage ride with our Percheron mares for stunning photos on the property or just a bit of quiet time with your new spouse.
  • Bocce court and horseshoe pit.
  • Covered outdoor cocktail area with complimentary wine barrel cruiser tables and Edison string lighting.
  • Wow your guests with an unforgettable and unique station-style cocktail reception or dinner with ourwood-burning pizza oven, large BBQ with a spit, and large show cooking pots for some late-night pasta!

The Barn at Chestnut Creek

Celebrate in style within 'The Barn'. Our modern rustic facility can accommodate up to 220 guests for dinner and includes:

  • Exquisite tableware, linens, and hand-crafted mahogany Chiavari chairs for seating at round and rectangular banquet tables – set up is included!
  • An in-house sound system for music and announcements
  • Ambient, dimmable lighting for a cozy, memorable experience
  • A full indoor prep kitchen with running water, warming boxes, and a dishwasher. Your caterer will have plenty of space to work their magic!
