At the heart of Chestnut Creek lies a rich heritage rooted in Italian culture and tradition. I, the founder, carry with me the legacy of my parents, who were subsistence farmers in Italy before immigrating to Canada in pursuit of a better life. They brought with them the values of hard work, sustainability, and a deep connection to the land
Growing up, I learned the importance of self-sufficiency as my family raised and grew their own food. Family gatherings around the dinner table were sacred, where bonds were strengthened and memories made over hearty, homemade meals.
The tradition of bringing loved ones together extends beyond the dining room, as my mother, aunts, and cousins would often collaborate to cater weddings for other family members while my uncle expertly manned the bar.
Throughout the years, the farm has served as a backdrop for countless family gatherings, from festive holidays to everyday get- togethers. Now, Chestnut Creek opens its doors to all, inviting you to experience the warmth and hospitality that my parents cherished.
